 Our product, Cleanmate®, is made of an ordinary filament by finely knitted polyester and polyamide (nylon) that feels like a chamois, which is later splited into several different microfillaments by special process. By this treatment, a fillament come to have numbers of microfibers and interval spaces between fibers, and the polyester fiber turn into wedge (Trianglular), shape at the cross section. The wedge shaped numerous ultra thin fibers follow the surface, trapping particles inside the fiber and avoiding the need for cleaners detergents. Cleanmate®, the specially constructed knit fabric in the microfiber cloth, allows the cloth to pick up and hold dirt much better than normal round fibers to the point with enormous absorption and cleaning power without the use of soaps and detergents.
